Every so often when the car is parked it would start flashing its hazard lights, same lights that flash when we lock or unlock the car, and would keep flashing for sometime. It does not make a difference if the car is locked or unlocked. Also the battery keeps draining every few days. I bought a brand new battery but that did not fix the problem.
Might be either a low battery or IBS problem. Tom. I am fairly sure it won't cover the battery, but I wonder if it will cover the IBS (if that is indeed the problem).
2007 E90 335i N54 RHD. After doing a lot of work all over the car, I have many codes which weren't present before starting the work, mostly related to DSC which I believe to be caused by a low voltage issue. This is what I've tried: Replaced the battery with a 100ah 860cca 170RC battery and registered 90a standard - Ended up with more codes FML. To delete BMW Adaptive Headlights, you need the scan the code. Use NCS Expert on eBay and configure it to think that adaptive headlamps are not installed. When this is done, the adaptive headlight functions are disabled. Low beams no longer move, and adaptive high beams no longer turn on automatically.
noisy when in neutral. transmission malfunction message. hard transmission shifts instead of smooth ones. gear changes are erratic and may bump in one or more of the gears. the engine revs but doesn’t shift. lag when switching gears. check engine light illumination. fault codes. transmission or engine overheating.
