Once you have tightened everything back up. Put your key in the ignition and turn the car on and then off immediately (So as soon as it turns over turn it off) - Do this 3 times and then let your engine run for as long as you want to. This is just to get the oil flowing again.

Generally from what I understand, is that a timing CHAIN will be good to 100k in most cars. The longest timing CHAIN replacement interval I have ever heard of is 120k in Volvo S60R's. My previous Subaru Impreza manual specified 105k for timing CHAIN replacement. On the other hand, my Geo prism (college car) recomended 60k for its timing BELT.
